Anda dapat membuat beberapa akun email untuk setiap domain dan subdomain. Setiap akun email akan memiliki alamat unik tersendiri (contoh: user@example.com) dan password.

There are 2 ways to check your email. You can read it through a web browser (see the Webmail feature in your WSO interface), or you can configure your favorite email client (such as Outlook® or Thunderbird) to retrieve mail. note

Note: If your email client has trouble using the @ sign when loggin in, you may use +, :, or % instead.

Catatan penting:

  • Anda dapat mengubah password akun email dengan mengklik Ubah Password di kolom Actions dari tabel Giro.
  • Anda dapat menghapus akun email dengan mengklik Hapus pada kolom Actions dari tabel Giro.

Kuota akun memungkinkan anda untuk mengatur batasan seberapa banyak ruang disk yang diperbolehkan untuk digunakan pada setiap akun email.

This manual is arranged to mirror the sections of your cPanel interface and therefore is not arranged by specific tasks. To search for a specific tasks that you would like information about, Use either Index or Search at the top of your screen. For example, if you wish to find out how to add a nameserver, click on Search , type in add nameserver in the blank field and then click on GO.
Overview
Your contact information allows the server or server owner to contact you when there are any changes to your account.

Steps
  1. To access Contact Email Address Setup click on Please update your contact information here. on the main screen of your cPanel interface.
  2. Enter the email address you wish to be contacted through in the blank field next to Contact Email:
  3. Click on Save Email to save this address.

Where asked for the username, users must enter their complete email address

Incoming Mail Server

Where asked for the incoming mail server, users must enter; pop.their domain name if connecting via POP, imap.their domain name if connecting via IMAP or mail.their domain name if connecting to Cpanel, Plesk or Helm email account.

If connecting via SSL, users should enter the name of the server they want to connecting to, to avoid the SSL warning message that email clients display when making an SSL connection to a shared email server while using a users domain name

Incoming Server Port

Our email server use all the default incoming server port numbers. Most email software will automatically modify the port number users connect through when SSL, IMAP, POP or non SSL is selected

POP

Non SSL : 110

SSL : 995

IMAP

Non SSP : 143

SSL : 993

 

Outgoing Mail Server

Where asked for the outgoing mail server, users must enter; smtp.their domain name or mail.their domain name if connecting to a cPanel, Plesk or Helm email account.

If connecting via SSL, users should enter the name of the server they are connecting to , to avoid the SSL warning message that email clients display when making an SSL connection to a shared email server while using a users domain name.

Cpanel/Plesk/Helm Servers : mail.domain.com

Outgoing Server Port

Most Internet Provider Service (ISP) block port 25 for their own outgoing emails so users will want to use the standard alternative SMTP port of 587 when connecting to our outgoing mail servers.

If making an SSL connection, users may user the standard SSL SMTP port of 465 to connect to our servers.

Non SSL : 587

SSL : 465

Authentication Type

Both our incoming and outgoing mail servers require that users authenticate themselves before being allowed to connect. Users should use the standard password format of authentification.
